Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st June 2025

At REAL Paranormal, we strive to provide an unforgettable and professional experience across all our events, merchandise, and digital services. However, we understand that circumstances can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Event Tickets & Bookings

Non-Refundable Policy: All ticket sales for investigations, and special events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by REAL Paranormal.

Event Cancellation/Postponement: If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a new date.

No-Shows: Guests who do not attend an event for any reason will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

Transfers: We may allow ticket transfers to another name with at least 48 hours' notice. Please contact us via hello@realparanormal.co.uk to request a transfer.


2. Merchandise (Physical Products)

Returns: We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll offer a replacement at no extra cost. Contact us at hello@realparanormal.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.


3. Digital Content / Subscriptions

Non-Refundable: All digital content purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, in line with digital content regulations.

Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue accessing your content, please reach out to us immediately and we will resolve the issue or provide alternative access.


4. How to Request a Refund or Support

To request a refund or speak to our team, please email hello@realparanormal.co.uk with the following information:

Full Name

Order Number / Booking Reference

Reason for Refund Request

Relevant Documentation (e.g. photos of a faulty item, receipt)


We aim to respond to all refund queries within 3 working days.
