Shipping Policy – REAL ParanormalAll tickets for REAL Paranormal events are issued as e-tickets only. We do not offer physical ticket delivery.

 

How You’ll Receive Your Ticket:

 

•After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket details.

•Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders shortly after booking.

 

•If you do not receive your ticket within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@realparanormal.co.uk with your booking reference.

 

Important Notes:

 

•Your e-ticket can be shown on your phone or printed out at the event.

 

•It is your responsibility to ensure you bring your ticket or confirmation email with you on the day of the event

 

.•We do not resend tickets by post or issue physical copies under any circumstances
